Every engagement starts with a two-week proof of concept on your own data, for a fixed fee. If you continue within 90 days, the full fee counts toward your first year.

Common questions
What counts as a domain?
One area of your business, such as order fulfillment or customer service, anchored to the APQC Process Classification Framework. A domain usually holds three to five related models. A second area of the business counts as a second domain.
Who needs a paid user?
Only the people who ask questions in the data agent. Everyone who builds, reviews and signs off on the description is included in the domain price.
What happens when we use up the monthly allowance?
We let you know at 80%. At 100% things slow down instead of stopping, and at 115% they pause until you add a usage pack or the month resets.
Can we add domains later?
Yes. Start with one domain and add the next once the first is answering real questions. Each domain is priced on its own plan.
