Why we built it
The data was fine. Nobody had written down what it meant.
We kept seeing the same pattern. A team invests in a platform, loads the data, puts an agent on top, and gets answers that are confidently wrong.
The problem was rarely the data or the model. It was that the meaning of the business lived in people's heads and a few documents nobody could find. Kenseme is the tool we wanted on those projects: a way to capture that meaning with the people who hold it, and tie it to the data where it lives.
